Our Silver package will cover an inspection of your entire property* under 1,000 sq. ft. during the date and time scheduled. During the 2 hour inspection we will perform a thorough test of your electrical system, plumbing lines, mechanicals (HVAC/Furnace/Hot Water Heater), Exterior, Doors & Windows, Roof, Foundation, etc. You will receive a detailed inspection report with all of this information to help you with this process.
